Tracking was inaccurate and delayed by 3 weeks and was sent the wrong sized product but charged for a larger size. Too much of a hassle to send back as our son has been eagerly waiting for his present. Not completely Lozza’s fault however there should be a price adjustment as we paid for a larger mat and received a smaller one.

Love this product, had one in New Zealand so when we moved to Australia this was one of the first things to get on our list. When toddlers need to go they need to go so this is soo handy to have in the car, especially when they first get out of nappies. Love love this and the cute ladybug is an incentive to use it.
